You don’t HAVE to exercise to lose fat, but you have to exercise to be healthy. Exercise burns calories and weight training increases muscle size. Muscle burns calories just to survive. The more muscle you have, the more food you can eat and not gain weight.
I get this a lot, “West, what can I take to lose weight?” My answer usually surprises them, “Two things, you take the fork out of your mouth and you take your butt off the couch.” Simple and direct.
